 Randy Reeves is a Senior Account Executive for Harold W. Wells & Son, Inc. where he is responsible for providing risk management services to assist commercial business clients in lowering their total cost of risk (TCOR) and ultimately making them more attractive to the insurance marketplace.
Randy’s broad background includes over 24 years of experience in sales, operations, and manufacturing, for both domestic and international companies (Westinghouse, Eurotherm Controls, Interroll Corporation). Randy has mastered the understanding and skills necessary for business development, operation, and strategy.
This unique hands-on experience allows him to help companies mitigate risk issues through system level design, process improvement and employee involvement. Identification and placement with the CORRECT Insurer and with the CORRECT insurance coverages and services is his trademark.
Randy has both a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan. He is a licensed Property & Liability Agent as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker. Civic Activites include · Executive Board member of the Cape Fear Council of BSA
